Concerns over plans for Barby Pools Marina

Developers planning to build a new marina near Rugby insist it won't bring a big population rise with it and increase congestion on local roads.

J Marine Limited is responding to concerns raised by a local councillor living near the proposed site of its Barby Pools Marina project.

They say the site will be a base for people to go cruising, and owners will only be able to keep their boats on site for short periods.
