A 15 year old boy has appeared in court in connection with the deaths of Kath and Albert Adams.
The couple died after a fire at their house in Harold Cox Place in Bilton on Saturday 27th February. There was a further fire at Harold Cox Place on Monday 1st March.
The teen who can't be named for legal reasons appeared at Nuneaton Magistrates Court on Saturday charged with arson with intent to endanger life and two counts of arson being reckless as to whether life would be endangered.
He was remanded in custody to appear before Warwick Crown Court on March 15th.
