The owners of Rugby Lions have been told to provide more information about their plans for the financially troubled club, after a meeting with the sport's governing body.
The RFU and representatives from National League Two, where Lions are due to play next season, met the club's management on Friday, after the company set up to buy the club a year ago was wound up.
The RFU says it wants to see a detailed business plan for how Lions will be funded over the next 12 months.
