How did your local MP fair in expenses review?
Thursday, February 4th 2010 00:00

It was the scandal that rocked the political world last Spring and now it's reared it's ugly head again today.
Sir Thomas Legg's published his review into MP's expenses claims.
He's found that 390 MP's should repay at total £1.3 million.
But Rugby's MP isn't one of them his expense claims have been found to be above board.
Jeremy Wright had initally been asked to repay cash for claims for mobile phone cost.
But the Conservative appealed on the grounds he didn't have a landline and using his mobile actually amounted to less than what a landline would have.
Sir Thomas Legg accepted that submission and he's now been told he doesn't have to repay anything.
