A Coventry man's been charged with kidnapping and raping two teenage girls in Rugby back in the 1990s.
Peter Livingstone Jones, aged 55, of Wheelwright Lane, has been charged with two counts of rape, one count of kidnap and one count of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. These alleged offences occurred in 1998 in Rugby against two teenage girls.
Jones was also charged with possession of a bladed article in a public place in connection with an alleged incident on Wednesday (8 November 2017).
Jones will appear at Warwickshire Magistrates Court this morning (Friday 10 November).
