Police appeal to find driver involved in Rugby crash

Police investigating a crash in Rugby want to speak to the driver of a car involved.

The collision between a white moped and a red Ford Fiesta happened around 2pm on Friday 24th May on Glebe Farm Road outside Britvic.

Officers say no crimes have been identified but they'd like the car driver to contact them.

Here's the full statement from Warwickshire Police:

"Police are investigating a collision between a red Ford Fiesta and a white moped which occurred at around 2pm on Friday 24 May outside Britvic in Glebe Farm Road, Swift Valley Industrial Estate, Rugby.

The incident was not reported to police until the following day. Officers are now carrying out enquiries.

No criminal offences have been identified but officers would like to speak to the driver of the Fiesta.

Anyone with information that could help police identify the driver of the Fiesta should call 101 quoting incident 273 of 25 May 2019."
