We had a big burst water main in the town centre this mornig, affecting Boughton Road, Regents Street, Hunters Road and Russelheim Way. Boughton Road was almost completely blocked at one point. Haven't we had enough water this month! We had people calling up saying they were driving to the other side of town in their Jim-Jams just to get a shower and a cuppa. Are you affected? How are you coping?
My car is in the garage, according to the experts it has a 'colapsed plain wheel bearing' ... Now I'm no mechanic but anything 'colapsed' sounds dangerous to me! So I'm braced for a big juicey bill later, I'm driving my dad's giant tank this morning, it's a brand new car designed to be driven on the Moon, I was getting very confused at 5am this morning - it has 6 gears to negotiate!

We'll be able to hear Robbie Williams' new single this morning. His duet with reunited Take That bandmate Gary Barlow is being aired for the first time. 'Shame' is released in October and will be on the singer's greatest hits album, which is also out that month.
Simon Cowell has banned the controversial auto-tuning technology from the X Factor. The media mogul has also ordered staff on the show to re-edit all of the auditions for the rest of the series to restore them to their original state.
Actor Nigel Planer Hippy Neil in the Young Ones) is to take centre stage in the live-action Doctor Who tour. The hit show is being adapted for the stage and can be seen in nine cities from October. The boss and myself are going... The tour begins at London's Wembley Arena on October 8th.
