Terms and conditions of entry header

These Terms and Conditions should be read in accordance with our standard Rugby FM Terms and Conditions available from our website:

1. The competition will run on 107.1 Rugby FM from 2 February 2009 to 27 February 2009 on weekdays only.

2. Closing date for entries is 12 Feb 2009.

3. Unless otherwise stated, the competition is open to all UK aged 18 or over, except employees of CN Group and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition, including any third party promotional partners.

4. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event they are unable to do so then CN Group reserves the right to redraw the prize.

5. An eligible entrant must be an individual.

6. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. CN Group reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. CN Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on the Website.

7. There is one prize which includes two return economy class flight tickets, hotel and accommodation, some meals and spending money.

Transport from the foreign holiday destination airport to the hotel.

8. The winning entrant and their holiday guest will need a full British passport with six months remaining and the necessary travel documentation, insurance and transport to any UK airport are the full responsibility of the winner. Deadline for travel is December 29 2009, and the holiday cannot be taken at bank holidays or during school holidays. Airport tax not included. Travel and Health Insurance is the responsibility of the prize winner.

9. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

10. Rugby FM’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. Rugby FM will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the competition.

12. The winner(s) may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

13. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, audio, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Rugby FM.

14. Subject to our privacy policy winners' names and/or photographs may be published on the Website.

16. Completion and submission of a registration slip will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

17. Rugby FM reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in their sole discretion, a competition is not capable for being conducted as specified. Rugby FM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.

18. The promoter of this prize draw is Rugby FM.

19. The winner can state which dates they wish to take their holiday - however they must not coincide with bank holidays or school holidays.

Rugby FM can refuse any dates without the need for explanation.

20. The holiday will be for no longer than seven days.

21. There is no limit on the number of entries; listeners may enter more than once. Entry will only be accepted at an official Rugby FM entry point. Details of entry point locations will be publicised on air and on the website. Rugby FM reserve the right to amend or change the location of entry points.
