How I Ended Up At Rugby FM
I started my Radio career in 1993 presenting programmes for a local charity radio station in Rugby called 'Cracker FM'. I became a member of Rugby Hospital Radio and I have worked with trial radio stations in Rugby. I have worked at Rugby FM since the station launched in 2002

Favourite Music?
I enjoy listening to love ballads and 80's music. Some of my favourite artists include 'Simply Red', M People, Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson

Favourite Food & Drink?
Chinese takeaway, closely followed by a deep pan pizza...yummy! (but not at the same time!) My favourite drink is a nice cup of tea, milk with 2 sugars

Favourite Holiday Destination?
I love visiting the Canary Islands because of it's all year round climate and it's a great place to escape to in the winter

Favourite TV Programme / Film?
I'm a big fan of James Bond films and I like watching Top Gear and Murder Mystery drama's

Most Embarrassing Moment On-Air?
I was presenting the Drivetime show when the fire alarm sounded. The entire staff had to evacuate the building - including me! When we were allowed back in I had to explain to the listeners what had happened - very embarrassing

Best Thing About This Job?
I love interacting with the listeners and having a laugh and joke with my colleagues. I get to listen to some excellent music and get paid for it.

Worst Thing About This Job?
I'm always on standby in case of a power cut or the studio computer system crashing - a presenters worst nightmare! I often have to work unsociable hours

I have my own personalised number plate on my car which attracts alot of attention
