Turning Heads Sauvignon Blanc | New Zealand | Marlborough
Sourced from young vines from the Wairau region, the Turning Heads Wine Company has produced a typically vibrant aroma of ripe gooseberries, herb and nettle aromas to accentuate the Marlborough calling card. The selection of parcel of fruit are blended to create an expressive dry white that exhibits tropical flavours of pineapple and lime yet retains a crisp citrus acidity to balance a richly textured palate.
Pair with : White meats, seafood salads and green lipped mussels

Domaine A Morin Picpoul | France
The Picpoul de Pinet vineyard area runs along the southern French coast, close to both the Mediterranean Sea and the Bassin de Thau. Pale lemon in colour with fresh floral notes on the nose. The palate is light and dry with flavours of green apple, citrus and white blossom with the classic saline note that makes Picpoul de Pinet so distinctive.
Pair with : Seafood, especially Oysters

Domaine Amandine Grenach, Carignan & Cinsault | France | Cotes Du Rhone
A fresh and vibrantly fruity southern Rhone blend, which is made predominantly from Syrah with the addition of Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault. The spice and smoky aromas of the Syrah dominate the bouquet, whilst juicy red fruits and spice compete on the palate leading into a long and complex finish.
Pair with : Grilled plates, roast meats, sausages, chilli and mild cheeses.

Tulbagh Chenin Blanc | South Africa
The crisp dry Chenin Blanc has a bright lemon colour with lime green tints and an aromatic bouquet of apple, pear and tropical hints of guava fruit. The palate is ripe, with tropical fruit flavours in abundance with notes of lemon, lime, green apple and white peach.
Pair with : Summer salads, grilled sea fish like plaice, sole and skate, cold chiken or asparagus.

Terre d'Or Sauvignon Blanc | France
A fresh, aromatic white wine selected from small parcels of Mediterranean hillside vineyard where chalky soils allow the Sauvignon Blanc to express its vibrant natural aromatic character. The wine was matured on its lees for 8 months to enhance the expression of hedgerow, gun flint and citrus fruits. It is crisp and elegant on the palate, with soft fruit with a refined mineral finish.
Pair with : Shellfish, stir fry vegetables, asparagus and salads.

Meridia Sangiovese | Italy
Sangiovese is a black Italian grape variety and is the main grape used in some of Italy's most expensive and prestigious wines. This wine is medium bodied, with a typical red cherry, redcurrant and spice aromas. The palate is soft, fruity with good ripe red fruit flavours and an orange zest finish.
Pair with : Game, spicy sausages and cheese.

Tulbagh Shiraz & Pinotage | South Africa
An intense purple, almost black colour, with rich blackberry fruit, spice and smoky aromas. Blackberries and blackcurrants remain on the palate followed by black cherries, ripe plum and hints of coffee and chocolate from subtle oak ageing. It is medium weight with silky tannins and supple ripe finish that makes for seductive drinking.
Pair with : Steak, stews, roasted guinea fowl and venison.
